About CAR-T-check

CAR-T-check makes chimeric antigen receptor design verifiable. The platform combines a referenced domain library, rule-based construct validation and linked sequence, plasmid and 3D views into a single audit trail — making every design decision traceable and reproducible.

Goal

The goal is to establish CAR-T-check as the standard tool for preclinical CAR construct design: from the first draft in the composer to a documented, exportable construct.

Current state

The composer, plasmid view, 3D viewer and the learning course are open without an account. Full sequence analysis is in closed beta and requires your own API access.
